For 1 serving

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or 0%)
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese (or light cream cheese)
  • 1–2 tsp erythritol, monk fruit or stevia (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tbsp almond flour or crushed graham crackers for a “crust” layer
  • Optional topping: a few blueberries or whipped cream

  1. Make it creamy
    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Flavor it up
