🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 (11–12 oz) Premier Protein shake (any flavor: vanilla, chocolate, caramel, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free instant pudding mix (complementary flavor like chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp allulose or erythritol (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or 1 tsp vegetable glycerin (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but adds a homemade touch)

🍴 Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or extract, if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before scooping.
