- 1/2 cup brown sugar, or sweetener that measures like brown sugar, or a mix of both*
- 1/4 cup neutral oil (like avocado or canola)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*Note: If you don’t have a brown sugar-style sweetener, use regular granulated or monk fruit/erythritol sweetener and add 1/2 tsp molasses to mimic brown sugar flavor.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
